What applies to delivery, validity and redemption?
The voucher arrives as a PDF by email, is valid as stated on it and is redeemed with the code when booking online.

How do we receive the voucher?
You receive it as a PDF by email, right after payment. The code is all you need to redeem it; the PDF is printable if you want to hand the voucher over in person.
Does buying the voucher reserve a date?
No. The date is booked later with the code through the online booking.
How long is a voucher valid?
The information on the voucher applies. If it states nothing, the statutory limitation period applies from the end of the year of purchase, as set out in section 4 of our terms and conditions. If the validity is unclear, send the code to our team before booking.
Can we pass the voucher on?
Yes, unless agreed otherwise. We do not pay out the value or any remaining credit in cash.
An older code is not recognised. What should we do?
Write to the team before your visit. An unrecognised code does not mean the voucher is invalid or already redeemed; older codes sometimes use a different format.
Can we use a voucher from an experience gift platform?
We check that before you book. Tell us the provider, the experience and the number of players on your voucher; we will tell you what it covers and whether an extra payment is needed.
