Solution: In your browser window, look for the small info icon in the top right corner of your search bar. Allow the redirection in your browser. 

The voucher will be sent directly by e-mail to the e-mail address you entered when placing your order.

Our new voucher system does not accept older codes.

If your voucher was issued before April 2023 just bring your voucher the day of your game.

Our in-house vouchers have a validity of 3 years from the year of issue until the end of the year.

This does NOT apply to the validity of vouchers from external providers such as MyDays, Jochenschweizer or similar. For the validity of these vouchers please check with the respective providers. Thank you!

Example – You get your voucher for your birthday, which was purchased in May 2022. You must redeem this voucher by December 31, 2025 at the latest.

Vouchers which were issued in 2018 have been extended in validity until March 31, 2022.

For online voucher purchases, payment is possible by PayPal, credit or debit card and SEPA direct debit.

We currently only offer digital vouchers online.

High-quality vouchers can be purchased on site at any time.
