How long does an escape room take?
A game lasts 60 minutes. Allow about 90 minutes on site, including the briefing and wrap-up.
What is an escape room?
A room where your team solves puzzles against the clock and completes a mission. With us, that might be a hacker’s apartment or a nuclear power plant.
Which room suits a first visit?
Out of Control: difficulty 1 of 4, a clear puzzle sequence and no horror. You do not need any escape-room experience.
What is the difference between Hypnosis and Psychosis?
Only the intensity: Hypnosis is scary and from age 14, Psychosis is full horror and from age 16. The room and puzzles are the same; you book one of the two variants.
What about more than eight players?
From nine players, your group splits across several rooms, for example Meltdown for up to eight and Out of Control for up to seven players. Enter your date and group size when booking: you see matching group plans with start times and the total price. More on group plans and enquiries: escape rooms for large groups.
How do we pay, and can we cancel free of charge?
You pay on site by card. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your time. For cancellations, after the deadline the full price is due; a later rescheduling costs €50.
Where do we play, and where can we park?
At Jägerweg 10, 85521 Ottobrunn near Munich. Two parking spaces are behind the house; more free parking is available at the Haidgraben opposite the police station. Neubiberg S-Bahn station is about 950 metres away.
Can we play in English?
Yes. You can play our escape rooms in German or English. Select the game language when booking; the website language does not set it.
Will we have the room to ourselves, and can we leave?
You play only with your own group. If you want to pause or leave the room, tell your game host. They explain how to exit before the game starts.
What should we wear, and when should we arrive?
Comfortable clothes and shoes are enough; you do not need any equipment. Arrive as a complete group five minutes before the start.
What about claustrophobia or specific health requirements?
Call or email us before booking: contact and directions. Room size, lighting, sound and movement tasks differ between experiences; we explain the specific conditions with you. We cannot promise that every experience suits everyone.
