Choose how your team wants to play
In an escape room, a small team shares clues and solves one story. VR offers cooperative or competitive games. Outdoor activities give you more time outside together.
A standard booking includes a briefing and game supervision. If you need extras such as coaching, catering or a seminar room, discuss them with us beforehand.
What would you like from VR? Solve a mission together with VR Escape, or choose minigames, competition and cooperative shooters with VR Action. Check ages and team limits for each game.
Coordinate the actual teams and starts
Depending on the experience, a physical room accommodates 2–7, 3–8 or 2–6 players. A VR round takes 2–11. For a larger event, we can check several games or consecutive rounds.
Tell us whether everyone needs to start together or finish by a particular time. If attendance is uncertain, give a realistic range. Your group plan must fit the available rooms and times.
Send the details that shape the event
Include your preferred date, time window, headcount and language for each team. Tell us about themes to avoid, groups that need to stay together and any specific requirements.
For an invoice, include the company name, billing address and required purchase-order reference. Providing invoice details does not itself arrange payment by bank transfer; the usual payment method is by card on site.
Allow time for the game and arrival
A physical escape room has 60 minutes of play; allow approximately 90 minutes for the full visit. Arrive five minutes before your booked start at Jägerweg 10, 85521 Ottobrunn. Several rounds require time for the complete schedule.

Frequently asked questions about team events
Is professional team building included?
Your game master explains and supervises the experience. A professional team assessment or facilitated coaching session is not part of that booking. Discuss any such requirements in advance.
Can we receive a company invoice?
Provide the full company name, billing address and any purchase-order reference. Discuss special payment requirements before booking.
What if the headcount is not final?
Give a realistic minimum and maximum. We can discuss how a change would affect the allocation, price and agreed schedule.
