The briefing explains the rules and equipment, so you need no experience. A game supervisor accompanies each team from start to finish.

What does a team event cost?
Per player you pay €28–42 in an escape room and €33–42 in VR, depending on the game and the number of players. For example, 8 players in Meltdown pay €224 in total, 7 in Out of Control €210. Our proposal states the total price for your plan. All prices by number of players.
How many players fit into one game?
Out of Control takes 2–7 players, Meltdown 3–8, Hypnosis or Psychosis 2–6. A VR round works for 2–11 players across two play areas. Up to 32 players can play at the same time: in Out of Control, Meltdown, Hypnosis or Psychosis and one VR round on both play areas. We schedule more players in consecutive rounds.
Hypnosis and Psychosis are two versions of the same room and cannot run in parallel. Read more about game plans for large groups.
Which game suits a mixed team?
Out of Control (ages 12 and up) has no scares, and in Meltdown (ages 12 and up) you choose the difficulty. Hypnosis is a psychological thriller from 14, Psychosis a horror room from 16. Compare all escape rooms.
For VR Escape and VR Action, the minimum age is between 8 and 16, depending on the game.
How long will your visit take?
An escape room lasts 60 minutes, or about 90 minutes including the briefing and wrap-up. A VR round takes 45 minutes of play plus about 15 minutes for briefing and equipment.
Arrive five minutes before your start at Jägerweg 10, 85521 Ottobrunn. There are two parking spaces behind the building and more free parking at Haidgraben opposite the police station. Outdoor games start in Neubiberg; we agree the meeting point with you. Directions and contact details.
Is this facilitated team building?
No. Your game supervisor explains and accompanies the game. A team assessment or facilitated coaching is not included. If you need a separate session for that, discuss it with us in advance.
What if the number of players is not final?
Give a realistic minimum and maximum. We discuss how changes affect the team split, price and schedule. After booking, reply to your confirmation email with the new number of players.
Until when can we cancel free of charge?
You can cancel a standard booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your start, by phone or in text form, for example by email. For standard bookings, after the deadline the full price is due. Larger events have staggered cancellation periods under our terms and conditions; our proposal states which terms apply to your team event.
Can we play in English?
Yes. You can play the escape rooms in German or English, and the VR games are available in German and English; you choose the language per team. State it in your enquiry. The Magical Creatures puzzle trail is only available in German.
