The two parking spaces behind the building are for our guests. If they are taken, park for free at Haidgraben.

The spaces are opposite the police station. From there it is about 1 minute on foot, along the path between “Trödel & Tratsch” and the police station.

By train and bus
From Neubiberg S-Bahn station it is about 14 minutes on foot to us (roughly 950 metres); from the Alte Landstraße bus stop (line 210) it is about 4 minutes (roughly 300 metres).

What should we know before our visit?
Answers on arrival, payment, access and confirmation.
When should we be there?
Five minutes before your booked start, as a complete group. For an escape room, allow about 90 minutes on site including the briefing.
What happens if we arrive late?
Call us as soon as you know; we look for a solution on site, for example another room if one is free. On playing time: In VR you can switch to shorter games if needed, and in escape rooms a late start is hard to make up. Please note: If another booking follows, the session may not be able to go ahead, and extra time because of a late arrival is charged.
How do we pay on site?
Escape rooms and VR are paid on site by card; cash is not accepted. No online payment is needed. The price overview by number of players shows what a game costs for your group.
Is the venue step-free?
Not fully. Despite the lift, access is not step-free, and the toilets are not wheelchair accessible. Talk to us about mobility and the support you need before booking; the options depend on the game.
The confirmation email is missing. Should we book again?
No. Ask the team to check first whether your booking is confirmed. That way you avoid a double booking.
Can we bring a baby or a pet?
A baby by prior arrangement; there is no changing table. Pets cannot enter the game rooms. If you rely on an assistance animal, please arrange your visit with the team in advance.
