Real locks, shared discoveries
Your backpack is packed with locked puzzle objects. The magical creatures along the route help you work out how to open them. Compare ideas, inspect the objects and let everyone have a go. The puzzles are entirely analogue; you only need a phone at the end to scan a QR code.
Your start time stays flexible
After booking, an email gives you the access code for the pickup box in Neubiberg’s Umweltgarten. Collect your backpack and start at any time from morning to evening on your booked day. Any time shown in the booking calendar is for processing the booking and sending access details; it is not a fixed start time. Allow around two hours and return the backpack by 21:30.

Follow the creatures
Walk the 1.5 km route at your own pace and solve the puzzles together. Allow around 120 minutes.
Finish and return
Scan the final QR code with a phone, then return the backpack by 21:30.

Prices per backpack
For the best shared puzzle experience, we recommend 2–4 players per backpack. One backpack can be used by up to 8 players.

Up to four backpacks accommodate 32 players in separate groups. Each backpack is priced separately; we agree your arrangement and total before booking.
Questions about your puzzle walk
Are the backpacks different?
No. Every backpack contains the same tour and the same puzzles. If you play with several backpacks at the same time, you begin at different points and solve the route in separate groups.
Is the tour suitable for children and teenagers?
The tour is recommended from age 11. Younger children are welcome to join, but may need help with the more demanding puzzles. A parent or legal guardian must accompany minors. Normal road-safety rules apply in public spaces, and parents are responsible for their children.
Do we need to prepare anything or install an app?
Dress for a walk outdoors. You play independently without a guide; if a puzzle has you stuck, the backpack includes hints. No app is needed for the puzzles. You only need a phone at the end to scan the QR code.
When can we start, and when must we return the backpack?
The time shown in the booking calendar is only used for the booking and for sending your access details. On your booked day, you can start flexibly between morning and evening. Daylight makes solving the puzzles easier. Please return the backpack by 21:30 so that we can prepare it for the next group.
What happens after booking?
Your booking confirmation includes the access code and the location of the collection box in the Neubiberg Umweltgarten. Your backpack will be waiting there on your booked day.
Do we need to know Harry Potter?
No. The tour works without any prior knowledge. If you know the background stories, you may spot an extra reference or two.
What is an outdoor puzzle tour?
It is more than a scavenger hunt: you receive high-quality puzzle equipment in a backpack and follow a 1.5 km route through the Neubiberg Umweltgarten. Along the way, magical creatures and real display cases help you open the locks.
What happens in bad weather?
If the weather does not cooperate, you can reschedule free of charge until one day before your play date. Choose an alternative date in the calendar and reply to your confirmation email with your preferred date. The change is complete once we confirm it. Changing to another experience is possible by arrangement and subject to availability.
How many people share one backpack?
One backpack is intended for 2–4 players. Larger groups split across several backpacks; each team plays the same tour with its own puzzle equipment.
Can you prepare a surprise in the backpack?
Ask before booking if you are planning a present or special surprise. We will discuss what can fit in the backpack and when we need it.
