Story
A massive meteor is hurtling toward Earth – its arrival is only a matter of time. Panic is spreading across the globe: the streets are deserted, news channels are broadcasting around the clock, and humanity is collectively holding its breath. It seems as if the end of our civilization is imminent.
But not all hope is lost. Humanity’s last hope rests on a top-secret mission: Operation H.A.M.M.E.R. This advanced rocket launch system was specifically developed to prevent the impending impact and deflect the meteor from its course.
The fate of Earth now lies in the hands of a chosen few. The rocket launch can only be triggered using a portable launch unit – and from a very special, secret location that appears in the mission plans only under the codename “your living room.” Here, in the heart of the seemingly ordinary, the fate of humanity will be decided. Every second counts while the world outside holds its breath and hopes for a miracle.
Operation H.A.M.M.E.R is based on a real NASA concept study: HAMMER (Hypervelocity Asteroid Mitigation Mission for Emergency Response). It is a proposal for a spacecraft designed to deflect or destroy an asteroid in order to prevent a collision with Earth. In our escape game, we bring this scenario into your home environment – with exciting puzzles, technical challenges, and an adrenaline rush that keeps the tension high throughout the mission.

Do I have to pick up the box at 2:00 PM and return it at 1:00 PM?
After your booking, it is possible to arrange an individual pickup or return time with us.
In detail, this means:
An earlier or later pickup is possible upon request, provided the box has not been rented to another customer within the 24 hours before your booking.
A later return may also be possible, as long as no follow-up booking has been scheduled for the same day (after 2:00 PM).
Simply leave your preferred times in the comment field during booking, and we’ll see what we can arrange for you.
This escape box is primarily designed to be played at home or at your chosen location.
However, by prior arrangement via email, it is also possible to play the box at our venue. If you’re visiting from out of town, just passing through, or would simply prefer not to make two trips for pickup and return, feel free to contact us.
Depending on availability and staffing, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Operation H.A.M.M.E.R features an integrated hint system.
In the operations manual you will find a list of hint codes (German and English) for each puzzle. If you get stuck, simply enter the corresponding code using the keypad.
An integrated dot-matrix printer will then print a hint to help your team continue the mission.
