The backpacks are identical.

If multiple backpacks are booked at the same time, each group will start at a different starting point along the route.

We recommend this tour for children aged 11 and older when accompanied by an adult. Younger children are welcome to join as well, but please note that the puzzles can be quite challenging and require concentration over the entire tour.

If you get stuck, hint letters are included in the backpack to help you continue.

In your booking confirmation, you will receive a code and the location of the pickup box where your backpack will be waiting for you.

Yes, that is possible. Simply leave us a note in the comment field when booking.

If you would like the surprise to appear at the beginning of the game, just bring the gift to the location before the tour starts (after coordinating the time with us), and we can place it inside the backpack.

If the surprise should appear at the end of the game, the final puzzle box has space for a small note. This note can contain a clue about where the actual gift is hidden. For example, it could point to a location at your home or somewhere nearby where the present is waiting.

This option also works well for things like a small chest with chocolate coins or similar items that should not melt inside the backpack.

No. The tour can be played without any prior knowledge. However, if you are familiar with the world of Harry Potter, you might notice a few small references and enjoy them even more 🙂.

We could have called it a scavenger hunt, but that would not quite do it justice. The items you receive are high-quality and filled with cleverly designed puzzles.

For this tour, we collaborated with the Umweltgarten and the municipality of Neubiberg. In the Umweltgarten you will find special display stations, and throughout the area magical creatures are waiting to help you solve the puzzles.

If the weather does not cooperate, you can reschedule your Magical Creatures puzzle tour free of charge up to 1 day before your booked date.

How to reschedule:

Choose a new date in the Magical Creatures calendar,
or reply to your booking confirmation email and suggest an alternative date so we can change the booking manually.

After the rescheduling has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

If you would like to switch to one of our other experiences instead, this may also be possible depending on availability.
